The 2 bedrooms, one bathroom apartment is approximately 12 squares in size with a very large entertainment area and balcony overlooking the town, it can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably with all modern conveniences.
The 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartments are approximately 15 squares in size with two very large entertainment areas plus balcony. The views from each unit vary from overlooking the town, shops, footbridge and lake. The units can accommodate up to 6 people, with all modern convenience.
There is a shared court yard that services all three apartments. The court yard is a private area for some quiet entertainment and barbeque.
All our units are smoke free. However we do provide ashtrays for those who wish to smoke outside of the apartment.

The cost per stay depends on how many people are staying in the apartment.
Prices start from $80 off peak to $150 per night for two people. Extra people from $20.00 to $50.00 per person per night. Minimum stay, 2 nights off peak, and 3-7 nights during peak times. Weekly discount prices available off season.
We ask that you leave by 10 am on day of departure to allow time for the unit to be cleaned for the next people booking in. Check in time 2 pm
On day of departure, apartments are to be vacated by 10.00 am. Please leave the unit reasonably clean and tidy. Remember, you are responsible for your guests, noise and breakages.
We retain the right to cancel your stay if:
More people stay in the apartment than originally booked.
There is excessive noise that is disturbing other guests.
Breakages are billed to the person who books the room.
